"I am either changing agents or insurance companies. Megan made promises about changes to my car and home policies but it appears those changes will not be honored by State Farm. I attempted to call the office to discuss this for 3 weeks and no one returned my calls. So much for “like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!” Well maybe unless you actually need them!!"
