"Absolutely frustrated with Insurance Agent Company! Had a car flooded and was expecting a hassle-free refund for the full coverage. But nope, they've been dragging their feet for over a month now. Multiple calls and emails later, still no resolution. Unacceptable customer service and delay tactics. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Very disappointed in the way my claim has been handled. 🚫👎!"
